If the piece isn’t exactly right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned with all packaging, documentation, and included items

Engagement rings, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, or custom pieces are final sale (or eligible for sizing adjustments) due to their bespoke nature.
